Roles and Responsibilities

  • Meeting new clients and assisting in the sales process
  • Co-ordinating the onboarding procedure to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client
  • Provide guidance to our clients to ensure day to day operations function seamlessly
  • Engage in a client call cycle to ensure we continue to be front of mind and build our business relationship

Required Experience

  • Have worked in the BPO industry before
  • Have experience in dealing with western businesses, including management level

A Successful Candidate must have

  • A broad understanding of different businesses
  • Ability to think laterally through a range of solutions, providing our clients with options on how to proceed
  • A good grasp of the English language both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team to deliver outstanding client service to our clients
