Roles and Responsibilities

  • Invoicing and understanding the custom requirements we have outside of normal billing
  • Escalating arrears and email communication with clients about billing and adjustments
  • Setting up clients correctly for the smooth first payment for newbies
  • Managing credit card expenses
  • Assisting you with any of your needs for the client
  • Assisting the client with budgeting
  • Managing our stock levels for assets and equipment
  • Breakdowns of financial reports

Minimum Qualifications

  • at least 2years of experience in a related role
