  • Invoicing customers
  • Entering supplier bills
  • Online shop invoicing
  • Bank reconciliations (Westpac, Amex, Stripex2, Humm, Afterpay, Paypal, Zipmoney)
  • Weekly sales reporting
  • Weekly debtors reporting and chase ups
  • Create weekly pay runs
  • Online shop reconciliations
  • Monthly unearned revenue and prepayment journals
  • Monthly shop journals
  • Post event financial report
  • Stock reporting
  • Monthly Reporting: actuals for P&L, Cash and Balance Sheet
  • Budgeting and forecasting

Required Experience

  • Payroll processing and payments
  • Tax obligations: BAS and IAS
  • Super payments
  • Other HR/payroll processing stuff
  • On the ground debt chasing
  • Australian work experience is required
