Roles and Responsibilities

  • Following up suppliers on orders sent
  • Requesting tracking details for orders sent from the supplier
  • Input tracking information into Purchase Orders
  • Providing tracking information to Australian Team
  • Chasing up outstanding orders with suppliers
  • Pricing updates from Suppliers
  • Maintain supplier pricelist files
  • Store, file, & collate new supplier pricing
  • Matching new pricing with inventory system
  • Loading back into the inventory system
  • Running daily KPI reports & sending them to team members at end of the day
  • The primary responsibility of this position will be relating to inventory acquisition and will work closely with our scheduling and warehouse staff

Required Experience

  • 2+ years inventory management experience

A Successful Candidate must have

  • An understanding of purchases/procurement
  • Ability to work within a close-knit team and build strong internal & external relationships
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to anticipate the problem before they arise
