About the Role

         Provide administrative support for the organization by running reports, handling information requests, and performing a variety of accounting and clerical functions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the status of accounts payables
  • Provide efficient client services and provide support to administration staff
  • Assist audit activities
  • Prepare, send, and store the record of invoices on time
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
  • Analyze the transactions with financial policies and procedures
  • Maintain and manage monthly journals, update entries, and maintain sub-ledger
  • Prepare documents for management approval
  • Complete cost adjustments upon request
  • Support the Project Administration team with pay applications and other accounting functions
  • Post approvals within our accounting and project management software

Required Experience

  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
  • Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field

Minimum Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of General Ledger accounts and proper project cost coding
  • Ability to troubleshoot potential errors in coded invoices, expense statements, and other accounting transactions.
  • Proficient with the following software programs Microsoft Office Word, Blue Beam/Adobe, Box, DocuSign, and AIA Software)
  • Ability to electronically organize and maintain files
