Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leadership of employees under responsibility as per the organisational chart, either directly or via department supervisor
  •  Enhance the team culture with clear directions, supportive instruction, and issue resolution with care and respect as per the client’s values
  • Manage, motivate, and lead direct reports to achieve all operational objectives
  • Conduct ongoing performance management, development, and succession planning activities in relation to the clients’ employees, enabling their growth and development to improve its operational performance,e.g.talent identification, and development of key staff for the future needs of the business 
  • Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards of all stakeholders including employees, drivers, clients, end-users, and the general public are always maintained and all documents and record-keeping are complete kept up to date at all times
  • Assist with Implementation of new employees in Clark – Recruitment/Interviews/On-Boarding/Training
  • Support with the training of new tasks within the Customer service team
  • Attendance approval and daily monitoring of tardiness
  • Manage all aspects of Monthly Roster
  • Supports team with development through training, coaching, and regular feedback with consistent performance reviews
  • Identifying and solving problems
  • Managing Customer Service team members schedules when other team members are absent
  • Oversee call queue monitoring and call monitoring
  • Creating a positive team culture with a “Yes we can” attitude to all challenges
  • Immediately advise Admin Support Manager of any issues with staff and work with Admin Support Manager to come up with a solution for the issue
  • Liaise with Shore360 and provide feedback to Admin Support Manager with any HR-related issues
  • Complete and liaise with Admin Support Manager on employee evaluations
  • Always maintain confidentially and privacy in respect of any other communications which are necessary and appropriate for the discharge of the role and responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft programs
