Roles and Responsibilities

  • Setting up new job numbers, project budget on job system, and time tracking tools used by the company
  • Creating invoices for new jobs raised and billing them against timesheets
  • Monitoring the support email, responding and clearing emails
  • Data entry and data mining tasks for specific clients such as law firms, real estate, retailers, and various industries
  • Email profiling summarizes important/relevant information of emails uploaded on the client’s email database
  • Placing consumer orders and trade leads in CRM system
  • Auditing and weekly checking of Harvest timesheets
  • Coordinate closely with the production team including designers and developers for any update on their timesheets
  • Coordination with the different departments and groups on company-related tasks and activities, providing specialised support
  • Assist management and staff with administrative duties such as fieldwork, procurement, and working with suppliers
  • Perform other adhoc duties as may be assigned by the management
  • Can easily adapt to Australian work setting

Required Experience

  • Preferably at least 3 years of work experience in the related field
  • Experience working with Australian clients or in a BPO industry

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business/Finance/Office Management or equivalent

A Successful Candidate must have

  • Working knowledge of Google Docs and proficiency in MS Office
  • Willingness to do fieldwork or go outside the office and perform administrative duties
  • A can-do attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized, systematic, and analytical skills
