About the Role

Provide administrative support for the organization by running reports, handling information requests, and performing a variety of clerical functions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Data Entry
  • Assist the Administration department with running, reviewing, and compiling various reports
  • Prepare documents for management approval
  • Perform routine audits
  • Support the Safety Department with electronically filing documents, as well as data entry into safety reporting software

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
  • Familiar with basic accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient with the following software programs Microsoft Office Word, Skype, Blue Beam/Adobe, Box, DocuSign, and AIA Software)
  • Web and computer navigation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to electronically organize and maintain files
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact productively with the team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
