Roles and Responsibilities

  • Order parts as necessary for the maintenance team
  • Enter inventory when purchased
  • Create weekly reports (move in/out and make ready)
  • Schedule/Prepare the following as directed by Property Manager
    -Certificate of Rental Suitability
    -Backflow Inspection
    -Fire Alarm Inspection
    -Sprinkler Inspections
    -Fire Extinguisher
    -Renter’s Insurance
    -Setup Appliance Repair
    -Elevator Certifications
    -Track appliance warranty info
    -Notify tenants (as needed) to request access
    -Home Depot Statement/Amazon Purchases
    -Prepare billable by company report
  • Monthly owner reports: rent roll preparation and other tasks as needed
  • Track utilities on tenant level, making sure tenants provide correct information
  • Track/Maintain recurring work orders and preventive maintenance
    Monthly statements
  • Processing work order closing/timecards
  • Processing City violations/disputes
  • Processing renter’s insurance compliance

Minimum Qualifications

  • Great attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal English skills
  • Experience in working with US/AU real estate offices doing similar tasks is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong ability to follow directions and multitask
