Roles and Responsibilities

  • Call customers to arrange the annual test of client products
  • Negotiate a mutually convenient time for the technician to attend properties
  • Create schedules for technicians to ensure their allotted time is maximized
  • Meet individual and team targets including calls per day and appointments booked
  • Build rapport with real estate agents, property managers, and landlords

Required Experience

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a BPO set-up

A Successful Candidate Must Have

  • Ability to speak to customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to do multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work between Mondays to Fridays
