Roles and Responsibilities

  • Call customers to arrange the annual test of client products
  • Negotiate a mutually convenient time for the technician to attend properties
  • Create schedules for technicians to ensure their allotted time is maximised
  • Meet individual and team targets including calls per day and appointments booked
  • Build rapport with real estate agents, property managers, and landlords

Required Experience

  • At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in a BPO setup

  • Ability to speak to customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to do multiple tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work between Mondays to Fridays (morning to night and limited Saturday AM shifts at times)
