Roles and Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of full-charge, cloud-based, outsourced bookkeeping, and other services for businesses
  • Identifies satisfaction issues & reviews the issues on a timely basis to the Director of Operations
  • Entering transactions and reconciling numerous Income and Balance Sheet accounts, such as Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables
  • Respond to client-related emails professionally and clear response

A Successful Candidate Must Have

  • Ability to write simple journal entries and enter transactions from financial statements in accounting software
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise financial records & reports

Proficient With

  • Microsoft Office
  • Accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
