Roles and Responsibilities
- Reviewing legal, regulatory, building reports, valuation reports, and other documents related to commercial property purchases
- Running numbers and spreadsheets to analyze property information
- Checking for any potential liabilities on the property in terms of legal, physical, and regulatory issues
- Taking reasonable steps to ensure that the property being purchased is within contract, legal, and regulatory boundaries and will not cause harm to the purchaser
- Communicating with the purchaser and service providers, both verbally, and in writing
- Creating rapport with service providers and working within deadlines
- Being detail oriented, analytical, and numerical mind, and have a strong communication skill
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of commercial property in Australia and the process of purchasing commercial property
- Experience in reviewing documents and running numbers and spreadsheets
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create rapport with service providers and work within deadlines
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to create rapport with service providers and clients
