Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing and processing our main inbound client email account in Outlook 365
  • Pulling out the ‘Quote and Job’ requests from the inbound emails and entering them into Simpro Job Management System
  • Pulling out internal Team ‘Task’ requests from the inbound emails and entering them into Simpro Job Management System
  • Pulling out ‘Remittance Advices’ from the inbound emails and adding to a ‘remittance received’ folder in Outlook
  • Simpro – Create Work Orders and dispatch quotes/jobs to Franchise Partners via Simpro
  • Conduct online quote follow-ups via internal Infusionsoft website form
  • Full fill basic client requests – like emailing clients Insurance and Workcover certificates or updating their client portals.
  • Simpro – Send out Franchise Partner quotes
  • Simpro – Follow up with clients re overdue accounts via email and phone.
  • Outlook – Process 7 Eleven Purchase Orders onto Simpro

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk

A Successful Candidate must have

  • Fast typing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
