Job Overview

Our Hawaii-based home services client is looking for an experienced mid-level to senior-level Customer Service Representative to assist in customer support and managing the daily operations of our company. Company core services are carpet & upholstery cleaning, moving and handyman services. This position is a blend of a virtual assistant, administrative, and customer support specialist.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound customer service inquiries who reports to and works directly with the owner of the company. The ideal candidate must possess a unique mix of qualities and work experience. The candidate must be highly organized, with great communication skills and can think on their feet. The candidate must also be a multitasker, master problem solver and is able to work independently.

This agent will pioneer this account so leadership skills are required as well. This is a unique position that will be rewarding for an individual seeking exciting and challenging work.

Roles and Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Receive inbound calls from potential new customers, and sell services
  • Providing customer support to our clients via phone, email and chat
  • Provide support to our cleaners and service technicians
  • Receive and create service appointment bookings from clients
  • Manage client booking schedules
  • Dispatch jobs to cleaners and service technicians
  • Support the owner of the company in performing a variety of administrative tasks
  • Manage client billing

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the call centre industry
  • Experience in high-level customer support
  • Experience working as a Virtual Assistant
