Roles and Responsibilities
- Process orders made online and book delivery with customers
- Reviewing existing orders and identifying those that have been delayed
- Communicating delays via email and providing lists to other team members for extensive delays
- Triaging customer complaints (service and damaged product) resolving where they can or escalating
- Assisting customers who are checking on the status of their order
- Assisting the team with invoice processing
- Can efficiently perform admin tasks and work alone and within the team
- Customer service is warm and can show empathy
- Problem-solving attitude but happy to escalate or seek advice where they are unsure
- Not scared of technology and happy to jump into unknown platforms with our support
Proficient With
- Outlook
- Zendesk – support, talk, chat
- Basic knowledge of excel
- Retail Express
- Shopify would be a plus
