Roles and Responsibilities

  • Process orders made online and book delivery with customers
  • Reviewing existing orders and identifying those that have been delayed
  • Communicating delays via email and providing lists to other team members for extensive delays
  • Triaging customer complaints (service and damaged product) resolving where they can or escalating
  • Assisting customers who are checking on the status of their order
  • Assisting the team with invoice processing
  • Can efficiently perform admin tasks and work alone and within the team
  • Customer service is warm and can show empathy
  • Problem-solving attitude but happy to escalate or seek advice where they are unsure
  • Not scared of technology and happy to jump into unknown platforms with our support

Proficient With

  • Outlook
  • Zendesk – support, talk, chat
  • Basic knowledge of excel
  • Retail Express
  • Shopify would be a plus
