About the Role

Assist the ANZ Team Leaders and Customer Experience Manager with the performance and management of our PH-based team through performance monitoring, ongoing coaching, and general support of the team. Ensure a positive working culture is maintained within the workplace and share feedback and suggestions with the Customer Experience Manager to improve morale, engagement, and collaboration within the team

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Have a thorough and detailed understanding of company products and services
  • Resolving issues identified upon delivery
  • Effectively communicate updates and implement necessary changes with the team through weekly huddles and announcements within appropriate platforms
  • Assisting with spare part requests
  • Provide regular and effective feedback to other Team Leaders and Manager to enhance and contribute to the Customer Service team, workflow, productivity, and growth
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses of individuals in the team. E.g. Recognize skillset compatibility for promotional opportunities using logical and objective observations
  • Monitor, drive and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Communicate effectively with upper Management
