Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all digital marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals
  • Identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
  • Support the maintenance and development of internal systems, programs, and tools, including multiple databases, tracking capability, and outcomes
  • Further knowledge and education regularly through research, seminars, local marketing ideas, and tactics with the team
  • Working with the Marketing Manager to coordinate the daily activation of digital marketing activities and campaigns
  • Website (WordPress) CMS maintenance, content, and monitoring (including SEO)
  • Manage CRM Administration, entering leads on a daily basis, and ensure data is entered, analysed, and report to the Marketing Manager 
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media (Facebook and Instagram), and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Schedule post and advertise via social media to the appropriate channels and audiences
  • Source schedule and report on paid digital advertising and retargeting campaigns
  • Schedule develop and report on EDM campaigns using Mailchimp and database management
  • Fortnightly and monthly marketing reporting across all digital channels
  • Minor graphic design updates to print material and online content
  • Liaising with third party suppliers and agents
  • Investigating and recommending new marketing opportunities

Required Experience

  • Has solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Has working knowledge of ad serving experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords
  • Marketing or Digital Marketing related tertiary qualifications
  • Up to three (3) years’ experience in strategic or digital marketing
  • Experience using CMS platforms, WordPress, Google sheets, and Mailchimp
  • Social Media content development and publishing
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords
  • Response-driven direct marketing
  • Project management
  • Process improvement
