Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily PO Receipting
  • Ensures all Accounts Payable invoices for the assigned entity are posted on a timely basis
  • Preparing month-end reconciliation report of each suppliers Statement of Accounts vs records
  • Daily Timesheets entries
  • Performing Batching Payments
  • Assisting in preparation of month-end reports or any Ad hoc task

Required Experience

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in the same field

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

A Successful Candidate must have

  • Knowledge of any accounting software is desired
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel in particular)
  • High accuracy to details
  • Ability to be a team player and can work with less supervision
  • Excellent time management and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to speak both English and Tagalog
  • Ability to start ASAP
