About the Role

A Finance Support (Property) team member is engaged to provide assistance and support to the Finance Concierge (FC) Team as well as provide finance and bookkeeping assistance and general support under the direction of the CFO and Executive Support (ES).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare finance checklists and associated invoices
  • Weekly review of ListReady Statement compared to Trello tags
  • Daily review of REX Commission report to verify and update data
  • Weekly audit and update of property settlement dates
  • Data entry of generated Bills (branded marketing collateral; property marketing contributions; monthly subscriptions) for the FC team to review and finalise, when required
  • Bi-weekly reconciliations in Partner Agent Xero Files (UrbanX related transactions), when required
  • Assisting the FC team with Monthly Agent Subscription Recovery invoice management, when required
  • Liaising with company internal teams
  • Continuous process and procedure creation and improvement
  • Support in anything else required to help the Finance team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
  • Degree in Accountancy or any related field
  • Experience using Xero software is a plus
  • Detail-oriented individual with ability to meet deadlines
  • High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to follow directions and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
