Roles and Responsibilities

  • Obtain and upload superannuation client summaries and data for upcoming meetings with financial advisors
  • Obtain and upload Westpac Summaries for upcoming meetings with financial advisors
  • Upload client interview notes after meeting with financial adviser into Adviser Logic
  • Ensure all data entered is done so accurately and carefully update relevant fields
  • Prepare engagement letters after meeting notes uploaded and advised relevant PA when ready to issue to the client
  • Update change of addresses for clients
  • Update database when clients property loans have settled and informed relevant teams

Required Experience

  • Previous experience working in an office environment within the administration is preferred but not required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Secondary education required
  • Degree qualified

A Successful Candidate must have

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An attitude of being organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise tasks as required by the administration team
  • Work effectively with others in a team environment
