Graphic and Layout Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a graphic and layout designer to join the fast-paced, deadline-driven environment of bids. As a critical bid team member, you will develop innovative design concepts, themes, and graphics and prepare high-quality bid response documents that demonstrate an understanding of the client and the project requirements to address key submission criteria.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing the full document production of high-quality bid response documents for digital and print submissions
• Developing tailor-made graphics, including but not limited to diagrams, flow charts, and organization structures, that are engaging and easy to interpret
• Preparation of post-tender interview materials, including presentations and supporting materials
• Preparation of company capability documents and brochures for business development and marketing purposes
• Take ownership of the APAC archive of graphic collateral for input into bids and presentations
• Confident internal stakeholder management and interpersonal relationship-building skills

Required Experience

• Advanced Adobe InDesign skills – demonstrated ability to develop well-structured documents with consistent styles and formats that showcase excellent typographic and layout design
• Intermediate Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
• Understanding of corporate branding, graphic design, and creative execution
• Ability to turn written and numerical content into compelling and meaningful diagrams to communicate core messages or ideas that have an impact and are easy to interpret
• High level of organization and time management skills, including the ability to multitask and work in a fast-moving environment
• Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to spot errors and inconsistencies and ensure key criteria is addressed.
• Previous experience working in a tendering environment or with a large amount of editorial content, such as long-format annual reports, would be preferable
• Able to give and receive constructive feedback
