From time to time, Damstra Technology will advertise new positions that may interest you. You will be told if these positions are available for you to apply to. Some of the factors that may contribute to your success in progressing to these new positions are outlined below.

Junior CRO Team Members will have the opportunity to progress to become Senior CROs by consistently meeting the following standards:

  • Become regularised as an employee of Damstra Technology (usually occurs within 6 months of starting your employment)
  • Attend product training sessions, learn key points of products and technologies
  • Develop and remain knowledgeable about Damstra services, systems, and portals
  • Approach issues and problems in an analytical and methodical manner
  • Resolve non-technical queries relating to the Damstra systems and portals
  • Maintain a high level of attendance to work and/or provide sufficient notice and reason for being unable to attend work
  • Maintain a low error percentage
  • Maintain a high average document processed
  • Consistently meet and exceed set KPIs for Junior CRO
  • Understand processing requirements for all Damstra clients
  • Convey leadership qualities and maintain a high level of professionalism especially when dealing with more junior employees
  • Understand and adhere to Damstra policies and procedures
  • Process documentation/data entry as required, meeting set KPIs
  • Request and/or create a new qualification/skill name as required
  • Maintaining accurate and consistent data entry across various Damstra systems
  • Work closely with members of the CRO Team to develop skills and advance knowledge
