Roles and Responsibilities

  • The primary role of the Junior Client Relationship Officer (CRO) is to process data entry on behalf of our client. The tasks of the Junior Client Relation Officer are but are not limited to reviewing and processing data to a high level of accuracy, process documentation and data entry, meeting set KPIs, requesting and creating new qualification skills, and maintaining accurate and consistent data entry across various client systems.
  • The Junior Client Relation Officer must work closely with members of the CRO team to develop skills and knowledge to complete other administrative tasks as required.

Required Experience

  • CSR / Data Entry experience
  • Experience working in a BPO company

A Successful Candidate must have

  • Display clear and concise English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of attention to detail and an attitude towards continuous improvement/enhancement
  • Minimum of 40 WPM with 95% accuracy
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
