Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review and assess loan applications to ensure the files adhere to the regulations and policies – strong analytical skills are a must.
  • Understand lenders’ policies to find suitable lending options for the application
  • Conduct product research and analysis, loan servicing calculations, and structuring of loans
  • Support the BDM, and finance brokers with all their inquiries
  • Prepare, submit, and manage loan applications through to settlement
  • Actively follow up and communicate the loan progress with all key stakeholders involved to ensure a seamless, well-communicated process
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks and KPIs and Targets

A Successful Candidate Must Have

  • Finance and accounting background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling the candidate to deal effectively with lenders, brokers, and clients
  • A high level of professionalism, with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and has a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Excellent numeracy, organizational and problem-solving skills
