Roles and Responsibilities:
- New business lead generation via social media and Google (SEO) for:
- Sales (appraisals) / Creating buyer pools
- Property Management Leads
- Air BNB Management Leads
- Recruitment adds
- Content Creation for adverts, articles and running promotions and posting them online on all platforms to boost the business in every way.
- Come up with content to keep the brand look interesting on social media platforms daily
- Social Media Management
- Answering lead queries
- Additional tasks as instructed by the client
Required Experience
- Minimum 1-year experience in the same field
- Experience in handling Real Estate accounts is an advantage
- Knowledge of SEO analysis is a must
Minimum Qualifications
- Great verbal and written English skills
- Proven ability to get results and meet KPI
- Ability to work individually and in a team
