Roles and Responsibilities

  • Register client details and information via online portal of the Australian Taxation Office
  • Provide daily support in undertaking and managing registration process of clients and coordinate to concerning parties
  • Make timely follow-ups or provide a phone call to the taxation office when needed
  • Communicate with clients on the status/progress of their registrations via email
  • Take calls from customers with questions
  • Managing website chatbots
  • Recording daily statistics
  • Work closely with direct supervisor and company directors
  • Provide other administrative functions to the team when necessary

Required Experience

  • Experience working for an Australian company
  • Experienced in telephone communications with Australian customers

Minimum Qualifications

  • At Least 2 years BPO experience
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment but maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
