Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 support to client’s and staff relating to IT Services
  • Provide leadership and mentoring of staff
  • Flexibility & adaptability
  • Initiative & self-direction
  • Strong communication & engagement
  • Knowledge of IT best practices
  • Available 24/7 on-call support (as required)

Required Experience

  • Knowledge/experience in Windows Server Operating system troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of desktop support and troubleshooting
  • Strong network knowledge, CISCO and Juniper, and advantage
  • Knowledge/experience in designing and implementing networks

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduated with an Information Technology related degree
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience as a Team Lead
