Roles and Responsibilities

  • The Senior Supervisor will be assisting in managing day to day operations of Client Services. The successful hire will also assist in the development of Junior Supervisors

Required Experience

  • Must at least have 5 years of experience in Customer Service/Tech Support managing a team/s of at least 20 Team Members. Associate Manager experience is an advantage

A Successful Candidate must have

  • Deep understanding of Service Level Management
  • Skills in Performance and Behavioral Management – Quality (CSAT), Handle Time, Attendance, Errors, etc.
  • A strong RCA skills and can create action plans to address the team and individual opportunities
  • Experience in Disciplinary and Discharge Process. Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code is an advantage
  • Strong MS Excel background for reporting and data analyses
  • Strong Coaching Skills – Coaching certification is a plus
  • The ability to facilitate training and upskilling
  • High level of attention to detail and an attitude towards continuous improvement/enhancement
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to be customer-oriented
  • People skills
