Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain software development with new and legacy systems
  • Project development for core products and internal software
  • Perform unit tests and end to end system testing
  • Produce software-related documentation 
  • Provide phone, video, email, and potentially onsite support to customers across Australia, New Zealand, and globally Installation of basic computer and network equipment and infrastructure
  • Welcome and onboard new users and customers
  • Perform technical problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Identify trends with issues and potential issues
  • Work with cross-functional teams
  • Root cause analysis
  • Write Knowledge Base (KB) articles as required
  • Actioning escalated support issues within a reasonable timeframe
  • Engagement in customer consultations and other client-facing activities as required by the business
  • Provide input into the process and general improvements
  • Mentor and guide any Company employees under your supervision
  • Ensure that the Company adheres to any SLAs with customers
  • Represent the Company in its relationships with potential customers and foster these relationships
  • Maintain records (e.g. tickets/job sheets) and provide information to enable the Company to satisfy its accounting requirements
  • Comply with all Laws
  • To act punctually, professionally, and courteously with all dealings with the Company’s employees, customers, and suppliers and in the Company’s best interests

Proficient With

  • .NET and C#, .NET Framework 4.5
  • ASP.NET MVC, RESTful API, Entity Framework
  • HTML, CSS & JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, Ajax
  • UI/UX core principles
  • MSSQL, LINQ, T-SQL, SQL optimization, and relational database design experience
