Roles and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates proficient telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrates proficient administrative and data entry skills
  • Completes daily activities with minimal direction and supervision
  • Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account
  • Issue financial statements
  • Maintain an orderly electronic accounting filing system
  • Process payroll in a timely manner
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management, as requested
  • Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports
  • Prepare and issue tax extensions for tax clients
  • Assist with monthly payroll, bookkeeping, and sales tax returns

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as an Accountant or similar role
  • Good understanding of MS Office and accounting software (Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Enterprise)
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in Spanish (Preferred, but not required)
