Roles and Responsibilities

  • Spreadsheet tracking and entry
  • Data Entry
  • Entering AP invoices
  • AP payments
  • Filing of AP in the cloud
  • Credit Card transaction entry and reconciliation
  • Green rope Database reconciling weekly basis
  • AR communication with clients includes researching client request
  • Time Entry Reports daily and weekly basis
  • Scanning, filing, general administrative duties

Required Experience

  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook and Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Basic bookkeeping experience, specifically bill payment

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-year Accounting experience in a business setting
