About the Client

Our client is a diversified Australian property company with a designer edge. Headquartered in Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast, a few of the primary services they provide are land development, housing, and property management.

They are currently in need of a Stocklist Administrator to be in charge of property listings to support the pre-sales and post-sales process. This role will also be in charge of integrating the company’s land development projects with the active listings to unify existing stocks.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales packages to CRM (ReNet); upload and remove listings.
  • Manage active property listings including external portals
  • Update/tag active and inactive properties
  • Maintain and update stock list reports
  • Respond to real estate agents with sales queries pertinent to property details
  • Coordinate with all third-party administrators as well as real estate brokers and agents
  • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to communicate
  • unconditional, sold, and under contract properties
  • Provide administrative support in coordinating land development projects

Required Experience

  • At least 2 years relevant work experience
  • Experienced in BPO
  • Experienced with Australian Real Estate
