On August 28, 2026, Jobs360 welcomed 262 job seekers to its latest Open House Recruitment, marking its biggest turnout to date and surpassing its previous attendance of more than 150 participants.
Held at the Shore360, ShoreHouse, 2F Mercedes-Benz Building, the event brought together fresh graduates, experienced professionals, and local job seekers from Pampanga looking to explore new career opportunities.
Throughout the event, job seekers were able to connect directly with the recruitment team, learn about available roles, and move through different stages of the recruitment process.
Bringing Job Seekers Closer to Their Next Opportunity

The Open House allowed qualified applicants to move from registration and resume submission to screening and interviews in one visit.
Participants came prepared with updated resumes and interview-ready attire, helping the recruitment process move efficiently throughout the day.
Job seekers were also able to ask questions about available roles, requirements, and potential career paths, giving them a clearer understanding of the opportunities they could pursue and what to expect from the recruitment process.
Despite the afternoon rain, participants continued with the process and remained engaged throughout the event.
Preparing Job Seekers for an AI-Driven Workplace

The event also included a learning session focused on changes in the workplace and the growing use of AI across different roles.
Together with ShoreAdvantage, Jobs360 hosted a free AI seminar titled “How to Stay Competitive in an AI-Driven Job Market,” where participants learned practical ways AI can support their professional development.
The session covered:
- How professionals across different roles can adapt to an AI-driven workplace
- Building portfolios with AI assistance
- Maximizing everyday AI tools for continuous learning and development
By combining recruitment activities with a learning session, Jobs360 gave participants the opportunity to explore available roles while also gaining a better understanding of how AI is becoming part of the workplace.
Being Your Own Hero

The event theme, “Be Your Own Hero,” was inspired by National Heroes Month and encouraged job seekers to take a more active role in their career journey.
The theme centered on career ownership and the importance of taking practical steps toward professional goals, whether through exploring opportunities, developing skills, or gaining a clearer understanding of available career paths.
As Chiqui Milag, Director of Talent Acquisition at Jobs360, shared, career progress often begins with taking the initiative to explore what opportunities are available. She also highlighted the value of staying open to learning and being prepared to take the next step when the right opportunity comes.
Placing People First, at Every Event

The event also showed Jobs360’s approach to Placing People First by giving job seekers direct access to recruiters, information about available roles, and opportunities to progress through the recruitment process.
As more recruitment activities are conducted, the team will continue connecting job seekers with available opportunities and providing practical support throughout their job search.
